Flywheels should be resurfaced to make them flat, true and smooth to avoid clutch vibration and shatter.  This will make all the components last longer and have a more comfortable ride.

Bringing the flywheel to factory specifications is critical, especially on stepped and dual mass flywheels that have tighter tolerances as well as high performance and racing.  The only way to do it is using the proper equipment and technicians with the training and experience to do it.  We have been doing it since 1988.

ROTOR AND BRAKE DRUM SERVICE

Noise, vibration, longer stopping distances, pedal pulsation are all signs of brake system in need of service.  Part of a good brake system repair is resurfacing the rotors or drums to make them true and flat on the rotor case and perfectly round on the drum case.  Replacing them is another option but it is best to keep the factory on if they are serviceable since the rotors and drums that came originally with the vehicle are of a much high quality.  Another reason is cost, some rotors and drums are very expensive, our prices for turning rotors and drums start at very reasonable prices.
